Refund and Returns Policy
1. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled / refunded / edited once placed.
2. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with Yaall Korai Mats, we request you to take a short video while you unbox the package. This will help us verify the damaged/missing/incorrect item claim, in case of any. Please note that we will not be able to exchange/send the item without the unboxing video.
3. Customer care facilities will function Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-5 PM ONLY, public holidays, Sunday’s not counted.
4. If amount is deducted from your payment source & order details not received, kindly contact customer care WhatsApp +91 8608631360 with Phone number, payment details & Mail ID used while attempting order.
5. Order will require minimum 5-7 working days for delivery. Day of ordering, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays are not considered. Further unexpected delay can be due to weather conditions, etc., rarely.
6. Any product that is unavailable at our website / app can be requested at customer care Whatsapp / E-Mail, so that it can be arranged as per your request.
7. Pls provide a valid mail ID while placing the order to receive an e-invoice as soon as the order is placed. Order confirmation, tracking number, etc., will also be sent via e-mail timely.
